Samsung telephone systems have been sold in Australia since 1989. Between 1989 and 1996, Samsung telephone systems had been sold, under license by Telstra, as the Telstra Commander E and Telstra Commander HX.
Samsung telephone systems have been built an enviable reputation in the Australian market in two key areas: reliability and ease of use.
Samsung Communications retains an Australian wide network of Samsung Communications Centers and a “Partner Network” of fully accredited service agents who perform installation and maintenance activities. Samsung Communications recognize that comprehensive quality and service support is vital to meet our customers needs, and we retain the overall responsibility for ensuring products are installed and maintained to the very highest standard and reliabilty. After an extensive evaluation of all available systems, the ANZ Bank recently selected the Samsung telephone systems for installation in over 800 of its branches Australia-wide, testament to the product’s quality and the support offered through the National Samsung Partner network. Tyco Industries and Adecco are another organisation that has chosen Samsung to standardise their telecommunications facilities with Samsung OfficeServ at over 100 sites across Australia.
