The new NS700 also incorporates cutting edge technology with features such as SIP Trunk compatibility (NBN Ready), ISDN or PSTN Compatibility, Voicemail to Email – where voicemails can be emailed to multiple locations and also stored on the voicemail server mailbox, built in Call accounting package, built in call centre functionality activated by licence keys, Mobile phone Twinning, IP or Digital handsets and VOIP-IP, Digital or Analogue lines. Also stay in touch with UC Pro – Panasonic’s Unified Communication solution all this and much more enables the system to provide a future proof expansion path. Starting at just 1 handset and by adding optional KX-NS720 Expansion units the system can grow up to 288 extensions. Corporate grade functionality can be achieved by adding a KX-NS1000 Server.
In-Built Call Centre Functionality
Queue announcements, automatic recording of selected calls or all calls, NAS (Network attached storage) compatible. Inbuilt Basic Call reporting is available and the auto attendant (with voice guidance) feature directs calls to the appropriate extension or agent.
Mobility
The KX-NS700 Allows your business to incorporate mobile users – by deploying remote extension set up feature Employees working in remote locations can connect a Panasonic IP Handset via an IP Network such as a ADSL Connection and connect to the main office and have the same functionality as if local. This extends to 3rd party apps / SIP extensions allowing staff to be fully mobile but still function as part of the office environment.
Unified Communications
UC PRO adds a level of depth to your office communications by providing advanced Mobility Functions such as Mobile twinning, text/video/audio chats and collaborative functionality such as integration with third party software. Traditional communication features such as call support, text, audio and video chat is augmented by features such as presence, integration to mobiles, as well as third party applications such as outlook.
