Tell us what is happening and we will get on it. If you are an existing maintenance customer, remote support is free and most faults are fixed in minutes without anyone coming out.
If your phones are completely down, ring (02) 93 100 100 rather than filling this in. A form is fine for a handset that has stopped working. It is not the right tool when nobody can take a call.
What helps us fix it faster
Tell us what changed and when it started. “The reception phone stopped ringing on Tuesday after the power went out” gets fixed quicker than “the phones are broken”. If it is one handset, tell us which desk. If it is everyone, say so.
