Business NBN and phone lines

Business grade NBN with 4G failover, so the phones keep working when the fixed line drops. One company for the line and the system.

Most businesses buy their internet from one company and their phone system from another, then spend an afternoon on hold while the two of them decide whose fault it is.

We supply both. When something stops working you ring one number, and the person who answers can see the line and the phone system.

Plans

SpeedPer month, including GST
25/10$77.00
50/20$103.00
100/40$115.00
250/100$115.00
500/200$134.00
1000/50$139.00
1000/400$184.00
2000/100$184.00
2000/500$265.00

The speeds above are the plan maximum. What your address can actually take depends on how it is connected, and not every speed is available everywhere. Tell us the address and we will tell you what is on offer there before you commit to anything.

If you are not sure which you need, tell us how many people are on it and what they do, and we will tell you the smallest plan that will not annoy anyone.

What size do you actually need

25/10 is enough for a small office of three or four people doing email, quotes and a handful of phone calls. It is not enough if you are moving large files or running cameras.

250/100 suits most small businesses. Ten or so people, cloud phone system, a few cameras, backups running overnight.

500/200 and above is for sites with a lot of people, a lot of video, or a lot of data going out. Upload is usually the number that matters and it is the one most people forget to check.

The part that matters more than the speed

Every line drops eventually. The question is what happens to your phones when it does.

We install DrayTek routers with automatic 4G failover. When the NBN goes down the router switches to mobile data on its own, your calls keep running, and it switches back when the line returns. Nobody rings to say the phones are down, because they are not.

That is the difference between an outage you hear about from a customer and one you find out about later from a report.

SIP trunks and keeping your numbers

If you have an older phone system that still works, you do not need a new one to move off old copper lines. SIP trunks carry your existing numbers over the internet into the system you already have. If you would rather replace it, see the Cititel Cloud phone system.

Your numbers come with you. Nothing you have printed becomes wrong.
