Graeme Hathway is a Panasonic Certified Technician (NS700), and Cititel works directly with Panasonic through CommsPlus for parts and support.

Parts and repairs

If you need a handset, a module or a network card, we can source it. Panasonic parts are usually available because these systems are still in production and supported.

If something fails, we can come to site, work out what has gone wrong, and give you a written quote to repair it. We will price a cloud system alongside it so you can compare. Both quotes are free, and if you go ahead with neither you owe us nothing.

Before you replace

The Panasonic NS700 is built to run for years. Before you consider a new system, talk with us about what is actually broken. It might be a simple handset replacement, or a small module upgrade. These are cheaper than migration.
