Samsung OfficeServ systems are built well and run reliably. When one stops working, most installers have moved on. Cititel hasn’t.

When a part fails
If the part is available from Samsung supply, we order it and install it. If it is not available, we talk with you about what the failure means and what your options are.
It might be a replacement handset, a single module, or a plan to migrate the features you use most to a new system over time. We’ll work out what makes sense for your site and your budget.
How we fix them
Most Samsung faults need someone on site to diagnose properly. We can come to site, work out what has failed, and give you a written quote to repair it. We will also price a cloud system with free remote support so you can compare the two. Both quotes are free, and if you go ahead with neither you owe us nothing.
Remote support is included, so if something goes wrong outside business hours, call us anyway.
