Cloud phone system
Your phones stop being a box on the wall. Calls run over your internet connection, so a handset works the same on a desk in North Sydney as it does at home.
Add a user in an afternoon. Move an office without rewiring anything.
We fit it and we look after it afterwards, so there is nobody to be passed between when something needs changing.
No site too large or too small
A practice, a dealership, a childcare centre or a small office wondering whether this is overkill: it is not. We can quote, install and have a site like that running without a project plan and a six week lead time.
Larger sites take longer and we do those too, and we have run a nine thousand extension site with our own technicians on the ground, so the ceiling is a long way up. If the upfront cost is the problem, there is a bundled monthly package with nothing to pay up front.
Handsets
These are the four we fit most. Every figure below is out of the manufacturer’s own data sheet, which you can download from each column.

What you get
- Fanvil V66 Pro handsets as standard: colour touchscreen, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and a DECT cordless handpiece so you can walk away from the desk.
- Your existing numbers, ported across. You do not reprint anything.
- Auto attendant, hunt groups, voicemail to email, call recording and reporting, set up to match how your business actually answers calls rather than left on defaults.
- Remote and mobile users on the same system as the office, on the same extension numbers.
- Business NBN and SIP trunks, including our own Cititel white-labelled NBN service, so the line and the phone system come from one place and there is nobody to blame but us. See our NBN plans and pricing.
FREE remote support
This is the part that matters and it is the reason our customers stay. When something goes wrong we connect to your system and look at it. A misrouted call, a handset that has dropped off, a change to your after-hours message. Most of it is fixed in minutes, from our office, at no charge.
You are not raising a ticket. You are ringing (02) 93 100 100 and speaking to someone who already knows your site.
When the internet drops
A cloud phone system needs a working connection, so we plan for the day you do not have one. We install DrayTek routers with automatic 4G failover. When the NBN drops out the router cuts over to mobile data on its own, your calls keep running, and it reverts when the line comes back. Nobody rings us to say the phones are down, because they are not.
Your calls stay in Australia
The platform runs in Amazon’s Sydney data centres, with redundancy in Melbourne. Your phone system and your call data stay in the country, and they stay in the country if a whole data centre goes down.
That matters more in some industries than others. If you are a medical practice, a legal firm or an aged care provider, it is usually the first question your own compliance people ask, and the answer here is a plain one.
The platform itself is built by Yeastar, who hold ISO 27001 certification for the design and development of their software, current to 2029. Calls are encrypted in transit, and the system carries two-factor authentication, an automatically updated global blocklist and automatic defence against the SIP attacks that phone systems actually get hit by.
Moving from an older system
If you are on an Avaya, Samsung or Panasonic system that still works, you do not have to move. We keep those running and we stock parts for them.
The usual trigger is hardware starting to fail, or a callout bill that has stopped making sense. When that happens we move you across, keep your numbers, and set the new system up to work the way the old one did so your staff are not retrained.
Licensed to do the whole job
We are a licensed electrical contractor (EC38416) and an ACMA registered cabler (TITAB T38704). If your site needs cabling run, points added, or a link out to a second building, we do that ourselves rather than treating the cabling as a separate job with its own lead time.

Tell us how many users you have, how many lines, and how to reach you. Six boxes, and only four of them matter. If you send us a recent phone bill we will tell you what you would be paying instead.
