What the monthly price covers
This price is the licence on its own. It runs on the Linkus app on the mobile you already carry, over the internet connection and phone lines you already have. No new hardware, nothing to install on site, and you can be running in a day.
- A full phone system for each person who needs one, on our cloud platform.
- Your existing numbers, ported across, so nothing you have printed becomes wrong.
- Auto attendant, hunt groups, voicemail to email, call recording and reporting, set up to match how you answer calls rather than left on defaults.
- The Linkus app, so the office number rings on your mobile wherever you are. If your team already lives in Teams, we can put your numbers inside Microsoft Teams instead.
- Free remote support. Most faults are fixed in minutes, from our office, at no charge.
What you get that a cheaper plan does not
Plenty of providers will sell you a licence for about this money. The difference is what happens when something stops working.
- A person, not a call centre. You ring and get someone who knows your system. The person who quotes your job is the person who fits it.
- A phone call, not a support ticket. No queue, no reference number, no waiting for a callback.
- No call-out fee. Free remote support for maintenance customers. Most faults are sorted from our office while you are still on the phone.
Desk phones, if you want them
Plenty of sites want a real phone on the desk. For that there is a bundle: handsets, router, 4G backup, installation, calls and support in one monthly amount, from $35 per user per month ex GST.
- Handsets. Our standard is the Fanvil V66 Pro: colour touchscreen, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and a DECT cordless handpiece. If your existing handsets can be reused, we will tell you.
- Installation and setup, which depends on the site.

What your address can take depends on how it is connected. See the full NBN plans and what size you need. Take the line from us as well and there is nobody to pass you around when something stops working: the phone system and the connection come from the same place.
We also fit DrayTek routers with automatic 4G failover, so when the NBN drops the calls keep running on mobile data and revert on their own when it comes back.
What it costs to find out
