Used and new-in-box Avaya, Samsung and Panasonic business phone systems and handsets. Everything carries a 90 day warranty.
If your business phone system still works and you just need another handset, buy a used one. If the control unit has died, the cheapest fix is often the same model again. We have a shed full of both.
Not all of it is second hand. A lot of it is brand new and still boxed, for models that are no longer made. Stock moves, so ask before you count on a model.
Avaya IP Office systems and handsets
Brand new Avaya IP Office control units, and Avaya digital and IP handsets in most models, including the 1408 and 1416. Most of the handsets are still bubble wrapped.
Samsung OfficeServ systems and handsets
OfficeServ 7030, 7100 and 7200 control units, older Samsung DCS digital systems, and Samsung digital and IP handsets in most models. Plenty are brand new in the box, including the DS-5014D, DS-5014S and SMT-i5210.
Panasonic NS700 systems and handsets
Panasonic NS700 control units, with digital and IP handsets in most models.

When a used phone system is the right call
A matching handset works with the system you already have. A replacement control unit of the same model can be programmed the way your old one was, so the phones work as they did before.
If your system is near the end of its life, we’ll tell you. We’ll price a new one too, so you can compare.

Tell us the brand, the model and how many you need. The model number is usually on a label under the handset or on the front of the control unit. We’ll tell you what we’ve got and what it costs, and we can install and program it for you.
