Medical and healthcare
A practice that cannot take calls cannot take patients. We build cloud phone systems around how a surgery actually runs: reception, consulting rooms, staff who move between them, and doctors who need to be reachable without handing out a personal mobile number.

Aged care
Aged care has requirements no other site has. We have installed large-button handsets for residents, Wi-Fi access points and extenders to cover buildings that were never wired for it, door entry, and separate staff communications on the same system. The point is a system residents and visitors can use without being taught.
Childcare and early learning
Staff on different floors need each other immediately, and running new cable through a centre full of children is expensive and disruptive. We can usually put the handsets on Wi-Fi instead, and add an access point where coverage is weak.
Car dealerships
Multi-site is the normal case, not the exception. We connect dealerships across locations on one system, and it integrates with the well-known CRM packages out of the box, with most others possible.
Real estate
Give an agent an office direct-dial number that rings on their mobile, so their own number stays off the business card. Outgoing calls show the office number. The agent keeps their privacy and the business keeps its identity.
Legal
Multiple sites, CRM integration, and people who work as easily from home as from chambers. Practices also tend to be in older buildings in areas where the NBN drops, so automatic 4G failover matters more here than most.
